Wolf Hunting/Trapping and Reimbursement episode

This was a fun episode I did with Justin Webb from Foundation for Wildlife Management. Some pretty interesting stuff on wolf trapping and hunting. also some cool stats in here around a program that takes advantage of hunters’ interest and turns it into an economically viable solution for population control. That kind of thing is really interesting to me. creating privatized incentives that lead to a net public gain.

Justin’s also got a lot of good stories about wolf trapping. It’s not something I have a ton of experience with, but I respect the guys who spend the time getting good at it. Enjoy.

Justin is a solid dude! The program is excellent, they are doing more to save ungulates by far than anything else.
I can't recommend being a member enough-even if you live back east, if you hunt out here, or ever plan to, you need to join.
