The wife and I did 6.25mi and 3150ft. Started off fairly heavy and I’m not sure exactly why I carried my tripod, but hey, train like you hunt. Found 1 dink 3pt, felt really good today and the weather was perfect.

My youngest son checked in and they’re still a long ways from the truck, but had a good day for the mule deer.

Did a quick 700vert hike with 30lbs… Got over 10K in vert since late last week.
 
10 minute alternating EMOM:
-2 deadlifts @ 80%+ + 10 banded pull aparts
-10 (5R/5L) KB front rack single leg box step ups


8 minute AMRAP:
-4 wall balls
-4 toes to bar
-40 double-unders
-8 wall balls
-8 toes to bar
-40 double-unders
-12 wall balls
-12 toes to bar
-40 double-unders

etc....
Keep adding 4 reps per round

Every 90 seconds for 7 rounds:
Rounds 1 & 2: 5 hang snatches + 2 overhead squats (60%)
Rounds 3 & 4: 3 hang snatches + 2 overhead squats (70%)
Rounds 5 & 6: 2 hang snatches + 2 overhead squats (70%)
Round 7: 1 hang snatch + 2 overhead squats (80%+)
