2 X 20 pushups/ 40 donkey kicks/ 60 sec wall sit
1/2 mile run
50 pushups
Stadium run
50 air squats
Stadium run
200 flutter kicks
Walking Lunges 50 yards
50 yard Hill sprint 5 burpees at the top
20 pushups
Bear crawl the hill 5 burpees at the top
30 air squats
Backwards run the hill 5 burpees at the top
20 v ups
Sprint the hill again 5 burpees at the top
10 pushups
50 dips
1/2 mile run
3 100 yard sprints

10 minutes to build to a heavy set

Every 20 seconds for 6 rounds:
1 snatch @ 90% part A

For time:
20 cal echo bike
400m run
20 cal row
400m run

3 rounds:
10 pallof press with 5 second hold (5R/5L)
20 side plank press out with 5# plate, 5 second hold (10R/10L)

Altitude is kicking my butt. I was able to jog the first mile (a personal best) but then just gassed the rest of the way. Staying lower elevation this weekend 7.4 mile trail topping out at 7750’. (I know people reading this at sea level are rolling their eyes 🙂).
