Alright y'all, question for you. I've reached out to western mountaineering with the same question but I figured I'd get as many opinions as possible. This will be my first late season western hunt and want the best bag possible for the job.
I'm having trouble deciding which new late fall/winter bag I should go with and was hoping ya'll could help shed a little light for me. I am debating between the antelope mf with overstuff and the kodiak mf. I am 6' even and roughly 190-195lbs with a 44' chest ~51' around the shoulders. Being a cold season bag I think I would lean towards a 6'6" bag to allow me to stuff the next day's clothes down in the foot box.
Would you think the kodiak would be too large of a bag for my build?
