Wind blocker . . . Sitka or Kuiu?

In the market for a reasonably quiet shell that blocks the wind well. A little insulation/micro fleece lining is fine. I have been looking at the Sitka Jetstream as a possibility but also wondering if there is anything comparable from Kuiu? Open to other brands as well. Any sizing tips are appreciated as well, keeping in mind room for a mid weight puffy. I am about 5'9 and 200lbs, gym built shoulders, chest and arms - beer built midsection, lol.
