Winchester Model 70 value?

I have a model 70 featherweight .270cal,produced in 1980,New Haven,great walnut stock,never shot.
What is something like this worth?

I paid $550 for a featherweight in very good condition and the same caliber about a year ago but I'd say $500-$700 in my area.

If it is a crf action it will be a little more desirable.

I don't think it's a crf action,from what I understand that was something on pre 64 model 70's?
Do I want to sell it? I don't know? I've had it all these years and now can't bring myself to shoot it and always grab my Ruger m77 when I do go out.
It's a beautiful gun and should be used!
