Win748/Primer Combo

Any advice whether to use magnum or regular primers with Win748 (I'm loading 130-grain bullets in a 308). Load data shows Fed 210 primers, but I only have CCI regular and mag primers.

Seems like I read somewhere that mag primers should be used with ball powder, but maybe that was with Win760? After 30 years of on-and-off reloading, things start blending together.

I played with 748 in my 7mm-08 and had good results with standard Remington 9 1/2 primers. Saw no reason to step up to magnum primer in my case

Use what you got. If it doesn't shoot up to your expectations, do something else.
