I also like the superman drink and have been "super" impressed with it, I don't drink it every day but always have it in the pantry.

I just started the WA multi vitamins and the green infusion, I can't say much about those products yet but I can say for sure the green stuff is not a "tasty drink" as advertised!!! YUK

I like both E&F and H&R. With the energy and focus it doesn't make you jittery or feel like you can take on the world but instead you are just awake and very alert. I like it for those exact reasons. Take it right before I leave the house in the morning. the Hydrate and Recover doesn't taste bad or good but is superior on an ingredient level to both gatorade and powerade.

I only found the tubs on Amazon. I was hoping to find the pouches. Would like to try the H&R this summer.

The only difference I can find between the tubs and pouches is that the tubs have 60 servings for the same price as 30 servings in pouches. There seems to be a lot of new math being taught in schools these days that doesn't make much sense to me, but using my old math me thinks the tubs are the better deal.:) For packing in I just put it in a smaller plastic bottle that holds about 15-20 servings, and no extra trash to deal with. If you buy it directly from them, they do a pretty good military discount if you're military.

I have been using their products for a couple weeks. I must be weird because the green stuff mixed with the chocolate meal replacement doesn't taste too bad.

Do you guys that have used the H&R and E&R mix them into your water bladder? If you do does it matter if it stays in there over nite?

I've always used a small bottle to mix mine. I don't think it would ruin your bladder, but it probably will taint it.

Great stuff. I use both hydrate/recover and energy/focus. Meal replacements are great for on the go. The founder just called me tonight to say thank you for being customer. That is customer service!

I use both H&R and E&R and will continue. I DO think my body responds to them both.
Buckman- I don't mix it into my bladder. Only clean H2O in there. I take a small light weight 16oz bottle to mix the WA .
My new fav is to mix both E&R and H&R together.

The H&R is good but I prefer Hammer Strength Nutrition products. Again it comes down to user preference. Hammer Strength has been around for a long time especially in the endurance spectrum of sporting activity. And yes hunting Elk like me and my partner do is a definite endurance activity. Their Endurolytes and Heed products are a must for me especially in hot temps here in Texas when working out. I have used them both on long workouts and when hunting, archery early season, and I have never had a "bonking" experience when using those products. I prefer pills or dissolving tabs (stomach just takes them better than powder) and both come in those forms. Sorry to get the post of it's original question but Hammer Strength is a great product.

I think littlebuf was being sarcastic in his reply. I think he was simply stating after the guy said he did not know whether the product truly worked or if it was in his head that Marketing did it's job in getting him to spend money. :)

Have used H&R for 6 years now. It's truly a great product and I use it for most endurance type activities. If you have issues with cramping then this is the stuff for you, plus it breaks up the monotony of water. Thumbs up!!

I wasn't too sure about the WA products, so I ordered some on Amazon to test out this summer before taking it into the mountains. The stuff tastes pretty good and I can honestly tell a difference in my muscle recovery and just my overall "feel better" factor. I'll be taking it with me into the mountains. I haven't tried mixing the two yet, but will give it a shot.

What is a "bonking" experience?

Basically "hitting the wall". Happened to me on a half marathon up Pikes Peak. I did not hydrate and supplement the right way and my body completely shut down. Not fun at all especially when we got stuck at the top because of a freak snow storm that happened during the race. Worst storm in the 50 years they had been running the race. And they could not transport athletes off the top.
