Wild game macros?

I am wondering if anyone has a good idea on macros for various wild game meats. Mostly interested in protein and calories per ounce.

Little background, Just about 2 years ago I realized I was a fat slob and made my health a priority and have lost over 60lbs. I counted calories and focused on protein to get to where I am now. I feel great, and I’m easily in the best shape I have been in since college.

This fall I dropped a nice bull and I have an insane amount of elk meat. I don’t count calories daily like I used to as I have gotten pretty good at gauging my calories without an app to do the fine tracking. I still meal prep a lot and would love to have a gauge on the elk meat macros. My butcher did put in 10% pork fat to the elk grind so that’s another factor of macros I need to figure out.

Thanks.

Also slight brag here’s the NM muzzle loader bull from this year. (Solo pictures are hard)
...and brag you should with fronts like that! Great bull.

Our website, newsletter, and all of that jazz will have information on the launch. I'll put it on my radar to circle back to this thread and post a link too if it's helpful to others.

I think with whitetail there is some variability depending on the animal's diet. Corn fed Iowa deer are not the same thing as Northern MN big woods deer in terms of what the meat is like. I would guess protein is close but fat content would have some variability I think. I just assume its all close enough to "grass feed beef" when I estimate though, I figure thats close enough for my purpose.

As promised @Forrpowpowpow

The guide is linked here.
You can use "rokslide25" to download it for free.
The code expires on Valentines day. (There are a couple of codes if others want to check it out, too).

Hope it's helpful to you. The nutrition content/profile is towards the back of the guide.
