White cysts on wild turkey, eat it?

Found these while skinning a bird on NM, research points to Laminosioptes cysticola, fowl cyst mite. Never seen this before in turkeys. Anybody have experience with it? Cysts are under the skin on top of the muscle but not in it.IMG_0575.jpegIMG_0573.jpeg
 
I have no clue what that is, but I would call the wildlife department and ask them.
Call a gubment agency and ask what's in your best interest?? :cautious::unsure:

Okay, okay, I'm kidding but only slightly.

I don't care what somebody told me, that's a hard pass.

When in doubt, throw it out. I practically live off wild game and fish. We hesitate not at second to throw something out.
