So I keep going back and forth here.

Built some new arrows and can’t decide which heads to use.

The arrow with a 100 grain head would be 415 grains traveling at about 290.

The arrow is its 125 would be 440 going about 280.

Both fly and group great. These will be elk and mule deer arrows. Heads in both weights are Iron Will Single Bevel.

Flip a coin. Too close together to matter which one you choose.
While not a huge difference, there definitely is some. From deciding on a little more weight, or more speed. FOC is good on both, but the heavier definitely bumps that up.

Maybe not much difference, but my OCD brain is still twisting it. Maybe winter could end so I can do other things beside obsessing over the little stuff.

You will see the slower arrow impact lower at 50y, but that's easy to adjust for. You're not going to see any difference in penetration when hitting an animal in the same spot with either, so if they both group well, the heavier one is probably a little quieter and has less hand shock.
