Which UM rings

Trying to get the UM rings during the sale right now. does anyone know what rings will fit for a maven RS1.2 2.5-15x44 on a tikka superlite. I know it's the 30mm tube but what height is the lowest but still gives me clearance?? Low - Medium - or High
