Which scope should I get?

Optical quality on par with/exceeding the old Zeiss Conquest MC line, fixed parallax, eye relief on the longer side with minimal variance when changing magnification, low end of magnification being around two and high-end magnification being around 10 to 12, illuminated reticle with crosshair sub tensions capable of extreme precision, high-end low light performance for the purpose of predator hunting oregon's wet side coastal rainforest out to potentially 250+yards (brain shots on mountain lion peering out of the brush across a clear cut in particular). Keeping the size, weight, and cost down would be a plus, but I'm not looking for miracles in those regards. Dedicated predator calling rifle is an AR-15 chambered in 6.8 SPC2.

What out there, if anything, fits the bill?

Im not sure exactly what you mean by some of what youre looking for (“subtensions capable of extreme precision”), but your criteria sounds like you might check out schmidt and bender to me.

Budget? I agree with Macintosh, S&B is a good choice given your criteria. The klassik is good, the polar is better. They offer a mil dot style retical.
