Who's got recommendations on something that tastes good and mixes easily?
Bonus points for low price!

They make a hand held mixer kind of mug. Has a spring ball inside. Wife uses it and ladies in my office have em.

Might help keep your stuff mixed.

The ladies were also talking about mixing protein with coffee.

I'm looking for what powders everyone is using.

I’m a big fan of true nutrition, lots of customization options.

Honestly as long as you don’t buy bottom of the barrel Walmart protein I have found not a whole lot of difference with taste / mixability. I have spent on some higher dollar stuff when it’s on sale, and haven’t noticed much difference versus the mid tier stuff.

I really like Bare Performance Nutrition products. I use just about all of their supplements including their whey protein. Cookies and cream is my favorite. Mixes well in just a shaker bottle with the wire ball or plastic jax in it. On a side note, if you like Alpha Brain, BPN’s version in focus works just as well for me and is cheaper. Good flavors too.

I’ve used about every protein available. Best I’ve found is pro jym, ON gold standard, quest and dymatize. Do not waste your money on Walmart or cheap protein, spend up a little more and get quality. What I like about pri Jym is that it contains isolate, egg protein and casein.

Clean, light, and good. Pm me if u want a code

Anybody mixing there powder with just water???
Nutrabio or Jocko protein powder. They mix with water and taste better than many I’ve tried. Both give you the proper amount of BCAA, EAA and other nutrients to build muscle. Pay close attention to the percentage of protein per scoop. 70-80% is a good percentage to shoot for, but it only found in a few brands. Most powders contain a lot of fillers. Just something to think about.

For me, buying protein is like buying a new car or truck. You look and look and look till its so dam confusing that you just give up and buy something to get it over with. I'm using something I got at Costco that said Keto on it. I just use it for a meal replacement or snack. I'm sure there is better proteins out there, my hope is some is better than none.
