I've been using a Tyto for years. I love them.
But looking at being one of the cool kids and getting a MTK.
I really have learned to like the tiny 3" Tyto blades. So I'm thinking the Mini Speedgoat.
Any others that work great for boning out? I see they've got a lot of skinning blades. Just afraid they're not nimble enough for meat work.

Other one I'd be interested in is a bush knife. I've got a Bradford 4.5 and it's a work horse. A beast of a blade. But it's a little heavy. I see MTK has a few bush blades. I really love having a blade I can abuse and use for prepping fire word and cutting cigars. Just a good work horse.

I picked up a speedgoat last year, but haven't really used it yet. Looks like a really nice knife. It'll replace my Havalon this season. Alas It'll be just deer here in OK as I didn't draw anything out west.

Mini speedgoat is a great utility knife if you find the guy making scales for them. Personally I’ll never regularly use a paracord handle knife just because the paracord gets covered in crap and ends up nasty.

I have been able to handle most of their blades. The best field hunting knife is the west slope. Good point, good sweep, not too long that I can’t reach the tip. Not a huge fan of most of their other hunting designs.

I like their Westslope for meat work; I prefer the tip of it over their Goat series.

Yeah cord gets gross.

Gonna try the stone goat ultra this year. I think its a bit more of a functional shape than the speedgoat.
