Which knots do you use when fishing?

So it's that time of the year again where I have to relearn my 2 knots. I use the Alberto knot to do fluorocarbon leader to braid, and I use a Palomar knot to tie on lures. Are there any other knots needed or recommend?

I’ve never had good luck using a Palomar knot on fluorocarbon. Uniknot is my favorite, Uni -Uni for braid to leader if I’m flipping, FG for offshore fishing

San Diego Jam
It's essentially the Improved Clinch with an easy extra step and a bit stronger. It's almost the only line to lure knot I use anymore.
Snell
All live bait and circle hook applications.

Fishing fool knot for lures, I tie a uni to improved clinch for braid to flouro(stren knot), 5 or 6 turn uni and 10-12 turns in the braid for the improved clinch, tested a pile of knots years ago and that was best by far, pre fg though.

On small flies just a clinch, fly leader tippet generally a blood knot, heavier lines a uni to uni which I can tie faster.

Loops, double figure 8, non slip mono and a perfection loop if attaching loop tp loop.

Two. The Albright and the Palomar. If going after bigger fish like large bluefin tuna, I will use reverse Albright.

Uni-to-uni for main line to leader. Non slip weedless loop knot to eye of hook. Palomar to split ring or swivel.

Highly recommend learning the Uni knot. Uni to Uni for quick braid to fluoro connections with 8 to 15# fluoro, Albright or Alberto for heavier fluoro leaders. FG is great as well.

I mostly use just a Uni knot these days for fluoro to lure connections. 4 wraps for fluoro up to 12#, 3 wraps for fluoro up to 50#, and 2 wraps for 80-100# fluoro.

If tying braid to lure or swivel, use an improved Uni where you run two wraps through the eye of the lure and 5 wraps for the knot.

The Uni is very versatile and quick to tie.

All of the above knots are great when tied properly. For hook to line I always use the San Diego knot. If you have never used it you can look up how to tie it on line. great knot.

FG for braid to fluro or mono leader, Palomar to hook; sometimes a Trilene knot to hook depending on brand of line as I've found the Palomar is weaker with some brands of fluro. Starting to use the Rapala knot more for hard baits. Perfection loop for loops.

Definitely going to learn and try the San Diego jam mentioned earlier, looks easy and strong.

Should mention I learned the Bimini Twist 27 years ago and the first time it went in the water my brother hooked and landed a 40.5 lb flathead on a med heavy walleye rod, antique Mitchell 300 and 20 lb Stren Original. Only used it a few times later and now have forgotten how to tie it.
