Any known backcountry builds yet? Not much info out there. I saw some proof prefits but not much else. Hopefully this one gets a little backing.

I saw a 20" fierce in 7bc at a local shop today. Cool looking gun, but due to what I've read with fierce, it has me scared away.Any known backcountry builds yet? Not much info out there. I saw some proof prefits but not much else. Hopefully this one gets a little backing.
I built my norma imp on an igniter, I also happen to have a 478 bolt face for it. Personally 7mm doesn't interest me much, but a 65 version sending 156s around 3k fps does though!I'd probably go with a bat igniter long action, has 1-1/8" tenon, oversized lugs to handle lapua/norma cartridges. You'll need a barrel with an 1.250 shank to thread up properly to the larger tenon thread. The igniter/hr long actions are some the stoutest 700 clones made.
"Tapped?"fwiw
I talked to a guy a couple weeks ago that bought a Wby 307 in 7Bc as soon as they were available.
He said he was shooting it on a hot day and noticed the recoil increasing as they shot. Then it locked up on a shot.
He "tapped" the bolt handle on his tailgate and ripped it off...
He sent it back to Wby, they finally got it open but it sounds like it needs a new bolt plus they're billing him $600.
No thanks...
