What's your pack size

What size pack do you use for 3-7 day hunt situations? I four I'll ever be a full week cause work but just getting a broad idea for maybe a future hunt. Thanks

I'd get at least a 5000-6000cu pack if you ever have aspirations of doing a full week. You can do it with a little less on the shorter trips, but the way these newer packs compress and pack lighter loads there really is not much advantage to having a smaller pack. The extra room is nice if ever need it, especially if coming out heavy.

I agree over 5000 for a week if you plan to bring meat out with you. You can do a week out of a 3200 pack but you will be full with gear and it wont leave you room for meat. The exception would be if the pack has a good functional load shelf. Season may also be a factor. If it is cold and you need a heavier tent/more clothing you may need even more room.
