What's your hunting rig?

2022 Jeep Gladiator with manual transmission. They were dumping the manual transmissions in Jan 23 for 15k off which covered all my upgrades and then some. Goes everywhere I need it to and room in the bed for coolers and antlers!

The Power Wagon does most of the hunting trips along with the atv. The jeep has been nice on scouting trips and a few mountain hunts to get in with extra luxuries.

2011 CCLB Duramax. I can still get 15-18 mpg with the wheelers on the trailer or I can take the camper shell off and get 18-20 with the wheeler in the truck bed. Truck does pretty good off road too, but is a bit bumpy

08 Yukon xl. Needs some minor work, but it super comfy and a whole lot cheaper than buying something new!!

1500 Silverado with a Leer High Topper. I used fabric from an old cot and then built my custom cot frame out of fence post and tent canopy connections. This allows for maximum storage despite the wheel well. I also used foam gym type mat for sound and insulation.

6” memory foam mattress on top. I really like this setup for mobile hunting.

My main one is 2008 Chevy 2500hd diesel. Have a 34 Toyo rt trail, icon shocks cognito uca with it leveled out and some trimming. Truck rides pretty good off road. I really think great shocks can really make a hd truck ride better. It’s still stiff compared to my 1500 but it’s very controlled. My 2024 1500 is my daily driver I’m about to put the eibach stage2r leveling kit on it. Coilover are adjustable so will be set at 2-2.5” and the rear is getting a 2.5” block.

Do you still have factory shocks? Does your truck have any kind of leveling kit in it?
Factory shocks and I put a couple turns on the keys when I put those wheels on. Pretty sure it didn’t lift it at all
