Alabama, lots of deer , uncomplicated regs and long season. Plus the weather is pretty nice. It can be rainy at times but generally isn't to cold.

Hunt Chocolate Horned bucks in the morning, catch Redfish on the coast mid-day, Blast some Redheads, Teal, Pin Tail in the evening, hunt hogs and coyotes at night...all in the same day.

South Dakota , archery is unlimited statewide and people are still decent enough to let you hunt unlike my current residency with the southern neighbor, they all want money for hunting deer and $5000 for a deer is quite steep.

Virginia. Only because i live here. Tho, its common to kill bucks in the 130+.

Kansas because of the overall length of archery season, and the quality of game. Iowa as my second pick strictly because its harder to draw a tag.

Wisconsin. It's my home state with some big deer. Colorado high country for Mulie and Elk.

Minnesota since I live here now. There's been some great bucks on my trail cam this year. South or central Idaho for Mulie's depending on the time of year.

Another vote for PA. Long seasons, good land access, tons of tradition. On opening day, you will find me in deer camp with family and friends. Sometimes the stories from the old timers are better than the hunting, but that’s what it’s all about. We hunt Luzerne county.

Kansas, smartest thing I did was buy my lifetime license before moving. Can buy deer tags at res price and hunt on the family farm. Nonstop from Seatac, can catch a plane at 6:00 am and in the stand for the afternoon hunt!
