What's your EDC knife?

I’ve been carrying this little Kershaw in my watch pocket ever since I found it about 8 years or so ago. There is rarely a day that goes by that I don’t use it.

I've been carrying the Buck Vantage since its debut. Nicely balanced, easy to sharpen, and well built. Use it daily, from opening boxes, cutting rope, to cleaning fish and breaking down a deer. Maybe should've waited until the S30V blade version came out, but I see no reason to upgrade now.

Ontario Rat II
Quick to Sharpen and costs maybe $30.
Ken Onion leek if you need a different blade profile.

Havalon redi except work. At work I carry a Kershaw select fire. May not be “cool” but it works awesome.

Benchmade Bugout 535. You probably won’t find more knife that’s any lighter. I’ve gutted several deer with it as well.

I’ve carried this SOG Blink for many years clipped to my right front pocket. Keeps an edge incredibly well and it’s because its small and thin you never know it’s there until you need it.

Zero Tolerance 0350 has been in my pocket for close to 7 years at this point. Absolutely love the knife and when I lost it for a week a few years back could only think of replacing it with another Zero Tolerance blade.

Bench made Griptilian in 20CV.

I’ve used it to disassemble about a dozen lambs, a couple hundred chickens, a pair of mule deer and hundreds of cardboard boxes and it’s never needed resharpening in the middle of a job. I think cardboard boxes are the hardest on the edge but it sharpens up quickly and still looks brand new.

A Spyderco Stretch in ZDP-189 is my normal edc but I will rotate another Stretch, Enduro, or Caly 3.5 every so often.

At work where everything gets very dirty I carry a Benchmade 556 and my Victorinox Compact.

Everything not hiking I carry two at all times. A Victorinox Compact along with one of three other knives:

-Zero Tolerance 0562CF
-Spyderco Paramilitary 2
-Boker USB OTF for when I need something smaller

When hiking I’ll carry two at all times:
Victorinox Walker modified to hold a small pen under one scale and it has a mini fire kit fob. Around my neck is a Benchmade Altitude for skinning and if I needed a sturdier cutting tool for something the SAK shouldn’t be used for.
