What’s for Dinner

Burbot Olympia the other night, lunch today is moose nachos. Have some "mystery meat" caribou unthawed , probably make some fajitas.
 
This evening was venison parmesan with sauce from last summer’s tomatoes, and the season’s first salad of greens fresh from the garden. Dined on the deck looking over the garden at the deer that will likely supply similar meals next spring.
