Maybe I missed it but couldn’t find a thread on what one is eating tonight.

We had backstrap with some morels I dried this spring. Cooked it on the grill then reversed seared and made a pan sauce.

This evening was venison parmesan with sauce from last summer’s tomatoes, and the season’s first salad of greens fresh from the garden. Dined on the deck looking over the garden at the deer that will likely supply similar meals next spring.
