What's everyone buying their wives for Christmas?

Not one of you mentioned knives??????????????

I’ve bought my wife a pile of knives. She constantly loses them. She can buy her own now

This year she got small things she will be able to enjoy. Favorite types of snacks, new comfy clothes to wear around the house, and a bunch of her favorite wines. We don’t go overboard on gifts, and generally try and buy things we know we need/use.

A zenbivy setup to replace the bulky synthetic Amazon mummy bag she’s been using the last couple years that’s too small for her (she had a bad habit of buying gear on Amazon without knowing wtf she was looking at or asking me) and some darn tough socks with fun patterns that she wants. And an argali pillow.

Kitchen Aid Mixer attachments! I almost got them all for her now. Also attachments for her cricut art machine thing

I also get the “I don’t want anything” trap every year. This year she’s getting a spa day, new iPhone, and a big framed photo collage I’ve been putting together of us and the kids.

My wife and I always say no gifts, spend it on the kids but we all know how that goes. She buys me stuff and then says it’s from the kids. 🤣 I told her to come meet me at Best Buy in town and she can pick her gift from two I chose. It was a new Apple Watch or one of those fancy iRobot vacuum machine things. She picked the vacuum.

Story of note for this thread, a young guy in a men's Bible study I am in told us he and his wife decided on go gifts as they are on shoestring budget. He said since he is in physical therapy school and live off her income it's weird anyway since it's her money. I told him, no matter what, do something to let her know he was thinking of her, card, candy anything. He pulled me aside in church to tell me he was thinking about it when he remembered she was complaining about her socks, so he grabbed a pair next time he was out and wrapped them. They had to exchange early and he said she started tearing up because of how special it felt to have something to open. It's nice to see not everyone needs to learn things hardway!

OK.. last minute procrastinator here needing stocking stuffer ideas since Santa comes round here these days.
