Okay, the council has spoken, I will call it in. Thank you for all the feedback.

As nice as a cash award would be, I don't think I could accept it due to my occupation. I wanted to do something about it anyway, just didn't want to rock the boat until I was sure the boat needed rocking.

Accept it and donate it to wildlife or a dream hunt for a terminally ill kid.

Call it in. If that have to bait the animals in then they need to be exposed as the fraud that they are taking hunting opportunities from real hunters. Wether you get a reward or not it shouldn't matter doing the right thing you can hold your head high.
