Then go down the rabbit hole of loading black powder cartridges, mine is a C. SHAPS ARMS in 45-70 but I am saving my pennies for. 50-120 X 3 and a half. Not a break action but one hell of a rifle.

I own a Ruger #1 in .300 Wby that I love. It is my go to gun for elk and larger animals. I shoots less than moa with my reloads. I also own a Sharps in 45-70 that I shoot BP only in it.

Hey guys, I own several modern firearms but i've been wanting to branch into simpler firearms for a while now. My first gun was my grandfathers remington rolling block, and since then I've always had a thing for single shot rifles. Could you guys recommend some single shot rifles except the sharps as I plan to buy a shiloh quigley . It would be good if its a rifle thats currently produced.
