What will Ucsdryder make for Thanksgiving?

I will say, turkey is okay, nothing to rave about. I have found enjoyment in deviating from the usual fare and doing steak, shrimp, Cajun, etc.

Okay, the fact that an Alaskan is prepping for a pot of gumbo just warms my soul!

Well, I'm really a coonass-hillbilly that got lost. Thanks to Walmart I even put andouille in it.

Just had some Cajun on Sunday at a friend’s house. Sausage, chicken, and shrimp gumbo. Smoked boudin from Billy’s in LA!
