What to wear under Fanatic set?

Recently just got the Fanatic bibs/jacket and have used them a few times already with a fleece zip up or regular hooded sweatshirt/sweatpants. However, I feel like those pieces tend to bunch up especially under the jacket.

Would something like the fanatic hoody prevent this? Shacket? As for the pants, I wear a midweight base layer and was thinking maybe just a heavy weight merino layer on top of that vs pants?

I stand hunt exclusively and have a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to my stand(s). Temps are mainly 20s, sometimes high teens in the mornings.

I just run heavy weight bottoms under the bibs and run the Fanatic hoody as my top next to skin and it works great.
