What to do with used Marino wool

I have some marino wool base layers that have gotten some pretty large runs and holes that are not fixable. Is there any good way to reuse this great material?

Neck gaiters! Just sew the good bits into a tube shape

Use them as just arm sleeves, sort of like socks for your arms. Also use as a gun sock, like a light gun case.

i sewed some fl merino gloves into bottom of a cowboy hat that was a little big, now fits perfect and warm winter hat.

Be careful what part you use as the neck gaiter lol. I know that Merino doesn't stink, but creating a neck gaiter out of the seat of a base layer would be hilarious!!
