What size grouping is “good enough” for you?

How did you end up at that seating depth?
Figuring out where your lands start, and then seating .020”-.040” short would probably tighten up that group just a bit.

But again, for your stated goal of 300yd shots, you are already plenty good enough. I promise you can still hit milk jugs sized targets out to 500 with that load.
Yea I will probably try some of this 1x fired brass but this won’t be a rifle I’ll take on any sort of serious hunt. This will mostly be to ride around in the buggy and if I get a shot at a pig at 3-400 yards and it connects, great. At that point I’m trying to hit somewhere on the front shoulder, not inside it’s ear like I would in a stand/with a good setup

Today’s 10 shot group. Eh, not very excited about it. 1.9”. Maybe it’ll do fine for a buggy gun but I’m not thrilled with it. Maybe time to try a different powder

FWIW, when switching over to larger sample groups, it's takes time to recalibrate expectations of group size. Maybe try something known like the 3/4" 6.5 PRC you mentioned in the OP and put down 10 or 15 shots with it and see what it looks like for comparison.

It appears this rifle is not a fan of virgin brass. What was a 1.9” 10 shot group this morning with virgin brass turned into a 1.3” group this afternoon with once fired brass of the same brand previous used in this rifle. This was more of 2-5 shot groups vs 1-10 shot group as I punched a 1.2” 5 shot group of load A, didn’t some testing with some variants, went back to the house to reload more of load A and came back about 2 hours later and punched a .75” 5 shot group over the top of my previously used target to round it out into a 1.3” 10 shot group. If this can be repeated in a couple days and stay in that 1-1.25 ish range I believe I will be happy and call it “good enough”

The best way I can look at this situation is if the 2 low shots are shooter error and brought into the same bunch as the other 8, this is a .75” 10 shot group and I’m extremely happy with it. We shall see.

Your group is starting to fill out a more complete picture pf the rifle’s cone of fire. Put a couple of more 5-shot groups into that target and you will have an even better idea of it.

I’ll have to hope no one at the range covers it up before I get back there. For now, little league baseball calls.
