What Scat is That?

I'm not very good at reading sign. I'm not totally ignorant to it, but I'm not sure I can tell my whitetail from my muley, my buck from my doe, or that what I think are elk actually are. I'd like to get better but haven't found field guides to be much help and am often solo in the woods. Any help appreciated.
