So I've taken the stone glacier sky archer 6400 on about 12 miles of hikes since I've gotten it. Just regular weight that I would have in it on a regular day hunt. I've never had a pack that fit better than this pack. Doesn't move off my hips while hiking and the top moves with you. I'm gonna throw a sand bag in it pretty soon and test with some weight. Still figuring out how I want the layout to be with some of their accessories but I like it so far. The belt attachment system is ass if you were gonna want a pistol on the side but I have that under my bino harness anyway. I'll let you know how the pack works on a hunt.I’m in the market for a new elk/mule deer hunting pack also. Mostly archery. Only problem I have is that I’m from Iowa, and you can’t find any “western” hunting packs around here. Scheels does carry mystery ranch i guess. But I’ve tried that on and didn’t care for the fit on me. Glad to see you found a pack you like. Would love to hear how it performs on your next hunt.
