What material are cams made out of?

Not sure where to put this as its only my second post, but I have been looking on google for about an hour and can't find shit as far as an answer goes. Does anyone know what Bowtech makes their binary cams out of? Just curious as to what their durability might be based on what their made of. Haven't broken one, just kinda precautionary I guess

that alloy and temper is about as good as it gets in the aluminum world. damned near as tough as good steel. very hard and durable.
