Great article!! One thing my family and non hunting friends tell me all the time is how hard hunting is!! It sure can be!! Being overweight is my worst handicap in the mountains. I'm generally strong to begin with and there is no training program that I have found that's better me just being as skinny as I can be, which is too rare. I've never been on a hunt and wished I had lifted more weights or was stronger. However, I generally wish I weighed less!!!! Gravity is a real bear!!!
