I almost forgot banana bread - love this stuff and I can be happy eating just this for a meal. This recipe is moderately dense (not fluffy), lots of bananas so it’s not dry, lots of nuts for a crunch and flavor, and only slightly sweet. Just cook until a knife can be pulled out without goo sticking to it.
It’s best with really ripe bananas, and most times I’ll use an entire cup of nuts. I’ve changed the amount of each ingredient over the years so it’s exactly right for me - this is one of those things that is easy to modify to fit your taste buds.
