Now, I use the .30 cal insert for all calibers I shoot because I switch the suppressor between rifles.interesting, I assumed those insert things would be sandwiched in up against the barrel but I guess that wouldnt be the spot to tighten the threads on. Still surprised they would have enough slop when loose to have a strike - yikes! Do you think they reduce noise/recoil enough to be worth it for small calibers like .22 and 6mm vs leaving at 30 cal? But important thing is if you still like and use it after years and a mishap then still a recommended option. I like the affordability and supposed no first round pop which makes sense for bolt action hunting rifle.... bonus that it could be used on 22LR rifle with adapter and be cleanable vs other designs you wouldnt want to use on rimfire...
