I know a lot of you guys on here train hard with headphone in, what pair have you found that actually last?

It has been just over a year and I have already killed 2 pairs of beats. The first pair I guess got sweat in the buttons on the wire and would change songs and volume by itself before finally just not working at all. That pair was replace under warranty back in October. Now the replacement pair lasts about 20 minutes before dying. I have to leave them plugged in for a day to get them to work for 20 more minutes. I called Apple about it and apparently a warranty pair only has a 90 day warranty with them which it total BS. They sent me a new pair in the box that if I went to the store and bought would have a whole year. So I can pay $100 for them to replace this pair. Rather than giving apple $100 for another pair of junk who else makes a solid set of headphones that will last longer than 6 months?

i have been using taotronics bluetooth speakers when I workout and cut my lawn. After two years of use, they are still holding up. Got them off amazon for under $30, no complaints. Really like that the ear buds are magnets and clip together around your next when not in use.

Skull Candy I cant remember the model but they are $20 or JBL. I am way hard on earbuds and both of these have held up for longer than I can make them last. I usually lose them or rip a cord out.

Jaybirds for me as well. I still have the original Jaybird X and they're still going strong. I've accidentally run them through the wash a couple times and they still work.

I will have to try these options, thanks guys. For the $100 apple wants I think I can try just about all of them.

Been running these for a about 4 months now working out and doing chores. I'm pretty hard on them and they are holding up good. Have good sound and are comfortable. Figured for the price of these I could almost buy 3 pairs compared to the overpriced name brands. Like that they are light and most likely will take these traveling instead of my bulking earphones.

Jaybirds x3

If you can buy them at best buy, get the geek squad warranty thing. Headphones you know are going to crap out within a year but at least with the warranty your getting your money back to get a new pair.

I have beats 3. I haven’t had an issue but bought them at Costco so if they fail I can return them.

Enafire blue tooth, recent gift on father's day from my kid.
Great sound and long battery life.
Would like them to be a little louder, maybe my hearing sucks.

Plantronics Back Beat FIT 305. Bluetooth with a cord that connects the two pods, meant for working out. $86 at Best Buy so I’m certain you can find them cheaper online. I picked them up in store because I was in a pinch. Fit is spot on, great sound quality. Can’t attest to how long they’ll last as I’ve only had them about a month.

I'll throw in a 3rds on these. I'm on my second set due to me losing my first set. I find they work great, are cheap enough that if I lose them, I won't be super pissed and the battery life is really amazing.

I have a set of Powerbeats. I love the fit and sound, the durability not so much. My son is on his third pair and I am about to send mine in for a replacement set. I think for the money, I would go with something else.
