What has happened to Burris Optics Customer Service?

Early 2025 had an issue with Burris SIgnature Rings and Contacted them via email and they responded. I was looking to buy a Fullfield Rifle Scope but had a couple questions been asking several times since Nov 2025 and Never got any thing back. Tried several different ways even wrote a Letter last Dec 2025 and Nothing. It is now April 2026. Did something change? Is Burris got new owners??? Odd that they had decent CS and Now have Zero CS?
Just wondering hard to buy a Rifle Scope that is to have a unlimited type warranty and now can't get in contact with them?

Their service is fine. I was literally on the phone with Shawn from Burris 10 minutes ago. They are having an issue with their communications getting blocked by hotmail accounts, which is my primary email. I had filed a warranty claim 10 days ago but hadn't received anything yet, which was unusual. So I called them today, I was on hold 5 minutes, explained what was going on, and had them send the labels to my gmail account, which arrived instantly.
 
Maybe but I sent in 3 Requests per they website stating if you have "Questions" "Submit a Request this year alone. As I did in late 2025 and they have ONLY Sent 1 reply no others how is That "good" CS????
Callng them does not work well either they prefer Requests so you can "track" the assistance! Guess I took what was posted here as Burris being decent CS only to have learned otherwise. Like My Last Thread about Setting up a new Burris Scope. They had little to offer but what others posted here nothing More!
So Much for Burris As I can't recall a company that talks up their "Lifetime" Warrant when it takes months to get a product Replaced! As I had in 2025. I sent in a product and they then sent the wrong product after 8 week of having i returned. Then it was the wrong Finish that was to be Matte and was Gloss. Had to sent that Back and another 10 weeks. So Guess some are Lucky I sure have not Been!!!
Disappointing
Was hoping for some details on their XTR Signature Rings could not wait anymore only to learn that do not work with Weaver or Warne Bases as the Slot is not wide enough to accept. If they would hve replied I could have learn that but have yet to since Nov 2025!!! So what some say is good I have yet to get that from Burris...
Just pointing it out "facts & my experience" and it is not even close to most Hunting Seasons when some need Information...
I could see if it was August or later but it is only April???
Oh well Guess I am done buying Burris I will use something other! (Trijicon being they are base in Michigan 45 minutes away)
Guess Burris doesn't need paying customers...
