Of all people Army Reserve Dan Helmer is pushing this garbage.
The funny part is they moved out of there state because they didn’t like the way it was being governed and still vote the same way.
Texas will be the next to fall Blue.
When big liberal cities have you out numbered you are screwed.

But they can’t get out of their own way. Embrace the second, protect public lands, not field a neutered blm and forest service, and invest in environment and habitat? I would if I ever saw actual negative affects from that, but the accusations always seem to be doom and gloom slippery slope arguments from grifters in the public lands lobbies. The erosion of 2A rights in blue states is very real.

Agreed, people leave a place because politics and want the exact same thing where they move to.
And to the citizens complaining, did you vote? Theres more of us than there are city people. But you need to vote.
Ohio for example, the liberal spots are the big city county’s. 10 out of 88. The rest of the state is red and voted that way. They beat out the blue counties.
Except one. Athens county. It is a blue county surrounded by red. My gf is from there. And it’s fun to watch these people meltdown even over stuff they want.
LED street lights, cheaper to use, better for the environment, etc.
The nose ring, blue haired, dress like homeless people are melting down over an extra $2.00 on the electric bill.
They hate the police, APD is want cameras in town and a drone to monitor the dipshit college kids better. Lord, you’d think ice was here shooting people.
If Ohio U wasn’t here, this place would be a red farm county.
It’s college kids and college staff that keep it blue.

i wouldn’t say the current executive is a bastion for 2A rights itself. Out of touch with gun ownership at least. Vote and talk right according to them sure you can do whatever you want with guns but disagree and you can’t have them. “Take the guns first”- T , “I don’t love the idea of it”- T regarding suppressors, and “you can’t have guns” -T

What has happened in a lot of blue states both regarding species hunting restrictions and gun restrictions is mostly (but not entirely) due to damn ballot measure bs. Not through legislation from elected politicians of either party. Ballot measures are straight line democracy. Which is well put as “democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch.” It’ll always inequitably impact the minority, right or wrong. In our view here, wrong.

Also, I would say that seeing the negative effects of something isn’t a prerequisite for it being an issue. Here in Oregon we have some bad bills and measures, yet as of now I haven’t had to sell, turn in, or do anything different with any guns or purchases. Doesn’t mean it’s not an issue worth my advocacy.

what?? Going awfully far into right field with that. As Monty python put it “Strange Women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government” in a similar note I don’t think “how hot is she?” Is a good litmus test of suitability to govern.
