How exactly is a required safety course an infringement upon someone’s rights ?Buy a few receivers of any type, AR, AK, whatever, in general they are cheap and you can always buy the rest of the kit later to get built up.
In general though the new Colorado law still allows you to buy these firearms if you go through the safety course. I had to do this to get my carry license renewed this past year. It was a joke. Basically pay $100 to sit through a class where the answers to the test are given to you as you take the test.
Either way it's an infringement of a right and shouldn't exist. The Mountain States Legal Foundation has been pretty successful with fighting these bills and they have already filed a suit against this particular bill. They recently got New Mexicos waiting period thrown out.
A case could be made that charging $100 for a required course could be an unfair burden on those with lower incomes that wish to effectively protect themselves and their families. How wxa

Hell forget the $100. Imagine being required to take a course to speak in public. Before you are allowed to post on the Internet, you are required to take a $100 course about Internet safety.

That’s a fair point. Does anyone know what the money goes towards?A case could be made that charging $100 for a required course could be an unfair burden on those with lower incomes that wish to effectively protect themselves and their families.

What the hell are you talking about??? Not once did I ask anyone for an example. I asked how a safety class was an infringement of rights. You ask for an example of how it’s an infringement of a right then cry hyperbole?
I should have known better to take the troll bait.
I hope you find better things to do in your life for your sake.

You do realize hyperbole isn’t inherently negative? It’s simply exaggerated syntax to prove a point. I was making a fu-cking joke dude.
If you don't like the answer, ask a different question.the hyperbole is flowing like wine this evening.
