I put hamskea rests on mine and my wife’s bow when we built them a few years back ( the one before the hybrid). And haven’t had problem one. But haven’t been following the new and cool for a few years, now trying to help a buddy set up a new Mathews. So what’s everyone shooting for rests these days.

QAD HDX as well. It's so easy to load. As long as the arrow is underneath the top bar, it doesn't even have to be on the rest- once you draw or thumb cock the rest the arrow gets more or less drawn into position. Also, being able to thumb cock the rest is fantastic.

I run a Ripcord Code Red on one, HHA Virtus on the other. Both have been flawless but the Virtus is dead silent vs a slight tap form the RC.

Hamskea Hybrid or the new Trinity. Both are phenomenal rests. The Vapor Trail Gen7 is good too

I’m using the NAP Apache Carbon. It’s not new or fancy, just simple, solid and idiot proof.

If his new Mathew's takes the Integrate rest, take a good look at it. Super easy setup and very clean on the bow.

Both the Trinity and Hybrid hunter pro are top notch rest that I recommend in my shop. I install them 10 times out of 12 and never have had a problem with any of them coming back due to warranty issues or they dont work (except user error). I like some of the ripcord stuff but I have had lots of issues with them and they feel so IDK clunky, rough and tight when they shouldnt. The Lok is interesting but I wonder about durability and how it will respond to dust and cold.
The QAD line is good and would be my second recommendation. They work and as long as the installer times it right and ties it in correctly they work good.

I've been using the AAE Pro Drop.

I like the limb driven rests. Micro tune-able also.

I have 3 Hamskea's and love them. Had QAD's before that with no complaints either.

I had a customer have a brand new one fail first time shooting it. He had just replaced it after the first one failed. There are too many different set screws (not solid bolting)that holds that thing together for my liking.
