Kinda already made up my mind and got a Sig P365 legion on the way for my ccw. I was also looking at the Walther pdp carry pro and the HK vp9sk but it was sig week at one of my distributors so hell with it. I got what I really wanted.
What are some of your guys choices for an everyday carry gun? And why did you pick it?

Ruger LCP Max. Had the lcp2 for years and I shot it, a lot, and never had a hiccup. Finished off a spined buck with my lcp2, not afraid to carry a 380 after that one shot. The thing is so small and fits in all my pockets. Never liked carrying iwb, or wearing a belt everyday.
During the coldest months, I will carry my g27, so multiple layers won’t be an issue with heavily clothed assailants. But I have my lcp with me every time I step out the front door. Basketball shorts, swim trunks, all the way to pants.
I’ve just learned, pocket carry is the best way for me to ensure I have a defensive weapon on me at all times.

Sig 365X and S&W J frame scandium in 357 and a NAA 22 mag widow maker with extended grip

Sig - fits my hand well and more than enough rounds. Works well in winter months when I have a belt and jeans.

S&W.- crazy light weight and easy to carry. Have bird short for first round. Almost always goes bag and just enough rounds and power to get me out of a fight - carry it the most due to weight but only if fully clothed. Meaning nice shorts with a belt.

NAA- 22 mag. 5 shot. First is bird shot as I need to produce some DNA as evidence. Then it is designed to get me out of the fight. Super easy to carry. Lightest of the three and can carry while in elastic gym shorts. Weighs the same as my phone. I won’t be John Wick, but I carry to get out of the fight, not get in one.

It depends. If I'm comfortable with carrying one in my pocket, I use a glock 42. Just looks like a phone in your pocket. If I want one more accessible, Glock 43 or 19. I say find what feels comfortable for you.

Sig 365XL Comp. Fits my hand perfect, carries very small. Very minimal muzzle flip due to the comp. And my buddy is an engineer for Sig, so I get everything at 50% off or better haha

Taurus G2C. Slim but double stack 12rd, fits the hand well, and was $209 when I bought one. My crew at work was interested enough there's probably 10+ between all of us and their wives, they've all ran seamlessly I honestly don't think there's been a single malfunction, and we shoot a couple hundred rounds doing friendly competition at a yearly clay pigeon/pistol shoot.

I have a g43 but have been considering moving to a g48 for extra mag capacity. A lot of people I know carry a 365 or a 365xl and like them.

Recently swapped to a Mossberg MC2sc. This is thing has to be the most slept on subcompact out there.
Feels very solid and high quality. no negative reviews that I could find other than trigger is a bit heavy but I modified mine with a MCarbo spring and polish job.
11 or 14 rd capacity.
Fully Stainless with DLC coating.
Optics cut
Tritium Night Sights.
I think I paid $300 for it.

Although I am very interested in the Masada Slim and the all-metal Shield Pro.

I've been carrying for a few years off and on, and I find that between a 365X, a glock 19, and a LCP2, I grab the LCP2 at least 90% of the time. In my opinion, a small .380 you carry every day is better than a 9mm that sits at home...

How do you like the eps carry?
Was thinking of getting one for the sig
I have had ZERO issues and it looks like it lives on the waist belt of a hunting pack and was forgotten about. Smashed. Scratched. Dented corners. Oh well. It keeps on keeping on. Haven’t changed the battery in over a year. In fact I’ve never changed the battery. Soo two years? The combo is a little big for appendix carry if you kneel a lot but I like it for shoot ability. Wife has a regular g48, mine is the railed version, so she’s comfy with either one.

Edit. And I give is zero protection during torrents of rain in northern Idaho so I’d call it water proof enough.
