What do yall do for side income?

Looks like I’m Beekeeper#4 on the list. It’s getting harder to overwinter them and make a profit so I’m downsizing. It’s a great way to get hunting permission though!

Wife and I have a construction training company geared towards larger commercial/industrial contractors, improving PE development and performance, technical communication, etc. Most trainings are customized based on request right now but working on putting together some shorter standard trainings that are widely applicable too.

A few months ago she did some RFI specific trainings for some project engineers we have. Right now she's training most of a jobsite (from PMs to foreman) on implementing a quality assurance program.

If anyone works in construction and is interested in something like that feel free to shoot me a PM!

Local handyman work and odd jobs that pop up from others not wanting to get their hands dirty.

I just picked up a side job overseeing the construction of a house…my day job includes concierge services including home maintenance and construction.

I’m a little nervous about the whole thing. He’s building the house to sell, it’s what he does. The sale price will be in the millions.
