Barnes 250 gr Expander MZ at about 80 yards quartering to on a whitetail buck. Good lung damage as usual, bullet recovered almost backwards under the hide near back of rib cage. I almost always get pass throughs with this bullet, but I think the widely expanded bullet tumbled when hitting the far side ribs.

120 TTSX from a .280 Ackley at about 40 yards quartering away. Whitetail buck dropped. Surprisingly no exit, didn't recover bullet, as it was hot and I was donating the deer, which had to be delivered whole.

100 gr Hornady BTSP from a 6mm Remington, 300 yards quartering away on a whitetail doe. Silver dollar sized hole in the on side ribs, good lung damage. Bullet shattered the off side shoulder blade right at the ridge, then exited with a 50 cent piece exit through the off side ribs. First time I've used this bullet since 1987, and from the same box of bullets.

90 gr Absolute Hammer at 280 yards from a .257 Wby on a mule deer buck. Broke both shoulders and dropped so fast I missed seeing it due to recoil.

215 Berger/300rum
Muley buck - 100ish yds neck shot DRT
Raghorn bull elk - 220yd slightly quartered to. Entered in the crease and exited catching some guts. Bang flop. Devastating as usual.

.358 200 gr Sierra Pro-hunter in a 35 Remington

I loaded some 178 Eld-x’s in my 30 T/C this year but didn’t take anything with them.

6cm - 108 VLD and 108 eld-m. Had better results personally with the VLD

6.5 Saum - 156 EOL. Bad medicine for everything I’ve pointed it at

.243 cal 105 berger hybrid target.
7 pronghorn 200-800 yards. Massive damage 💔. While I am not a fan of most bergers I have used in other calibers, this one is a keeper. Expands violently even down to 1,900 fps. Maybe a bit too violent, but they ain't getting away.
Never got a chance to test on elk, but bear season is not far away.

200gn Nosler partition - 30-06

Whitetail buck at about 90 yards. Broadside Pass through, both lungs and cut heart. Fell in its tracks and took 3 more breaths.

210 berger HVLD. Have been using this bullet in a particular rifle for the last 5 years. its never failed to kill. it is however very violent when it hits bone. I have lost a few off side shoulders to quartering away shots. the bullet is also great for steel at distance. overall very happy with it
