What bincoculars do you use?

Surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet but I've been very happy with my Kowa Genesis 10.5x44 binos over the past couple seasons. They aren't the lightest set but the glass clarity has been leaps and bounds better than some of the other offerings that I've tried from Vortex/Leupold/Maven

I've been saying for years, the best binos would be Sig 10K rangefinder, in NL Pure Glass.

But, doubt that is happening anytime soon.

I've ran just about everything the last couples years, and I settled on the Leica AB's. Awesome glass, and very pleased with rangefinder and ballistic app.

I would like to look through the new Leuopold BX-6 they just released.

I use a few different ones but mainly a small Swaro 10x32 on quick lite whitetail hunts.

This past year I purchased some Maven B1.2 10x42. The short time I’ve had them they have been great.

Getting out of my treestand this past Nov a limb broke and I fell out of my treestand. 5 broken vertebrae, broken arm, shattered wrist etc. Bad deal. My Mavens got bent somehow. The company was fantastic to deal with and the binocs are now good as new. Great company

What binoculars does everyone use or recommend?

I am looking for a new set and I’ve looked through a handful just in the stores, but it’s nothing like being outside in all different lights and terrain to know what you like.

Only thing I am picky about is lifetime warranty. I’ve had Swarovski, insanely good glass but the 2 year warranty is a bummer for me. I am really hard on stuff.

What’s everyone’s thoughts on Mavens or Sig Saur?

Obviously not as good of glass as the Swaros, but I’ve been running Vortex Razors for several years now and never had an issue. Recently bought their new 12 power Talon 10K and I’ve had great luck with it. Glass is pretty good. SLIGHT blue tint in the barrel with the display, though. First round impact every time at 1,000 using the onboard GeoBallistics.

I'd look at the Kowa Genesis line from Doug at Cameraland. They are sleepers for the price. I run Pentax DCF SPs, Meopta MeoStars and Swaro EL and NLs binos. Meoptas used to be a great deal purchased used when they had US customer service.

Been using the same set of Leica Trinovid BA’s since 2001. They may be old but they still work for me. I should probably upgrade but haven’t felt the need.
