What angle does a bullet strike a target?

Trying to figure something out but lets say a 6.5 creedmoor at 850 yards..


So zero degrees shot inclination .6bc at 2700 fps?

You can calculate that with a graph drop chart or you can make your own bu looking at your drop every 25 yards leading up to your 850, draw a line between the dots and measure the angle. The graph drop chart most ballistic programs have is probably the most accurate. But it is a significant one.

Yeah looking for strike angle.. sorry if I wasn’t clear.

Graphing it out made sense

Even an anemic 223 75gr at 1000 yard only drops 6 inches from 995 yards.

Trace sure make it look like it’s mortaring in.
