The WGF updated the 2025 Draft Regulations today.
Might want to go see the changes for elk [and other species]

If I remember correctly, the final version is released/approved around the 3rd week of April. Based on past years, there should have time to modify an application.

Only took a brief look at the elk information. It was interesting. Only one thing really stood out, though. And, because we don't talk about specific units here on Rokslide: I just noticed that one of the more popular (single digit number) elk units has one thousand any elk tags and a couple thousand cow or calf tags. They must really not like elk around those parts. That used to be a sought after tag back in the day. No more. Couldn’t give me a tag there now with that many other hunters. Now the number of tags issued for that single unit is more tags than the Eastern and Southern GEN regions. Better grab the KY, going to be busy in them parts of WY.

If you dont want to scroll through the pages of the Draft Regs, you can select a hunt area and watch a YouTube video

It’s a lot of private. But with the checker boarded stuff being open maybe that allows for more access.

If I was one to dislike information being openly discussed on the 'net, I'm not sure which is worse, posting units or pointing out all the new changes.
Come on Bob, the saying is "common sense is not so common"! All that common sense talk is making you sound, well, Looney! ;):);)
