Idaho Sheep Tags

Probably posted this too many times, but figured a discussion in the sheep forum is the best place for it and I’m beyond stoked!

Somehow I was able to pull a tag in the same unit I helped my dad kill a ram in last year. Sheep hunting 2 years in a row sounds too good to be true, but here we are! Really excited to do it all over again!

Who else was lucky enough to pull a tag this year???
Seemed like quite a few from Rokslide drew last year.

That is awesome! I have to "settle" for my wife being the lucky tag holder. I was trying to figure out why she kept calling me over and over while I was in a meeting today. So pumped!

My dad drew after about that many. This was my 9th. We’d both about given up, but there is hope!

I'm still out of the draw after drawing a Cali in '24. I put my wife in again...no luck! I'll be trying for a Rocky tag next year for sure!

I feel you there. Between state draws and raffles the denial is normal at this point.

Congrats to those who drew an Idaho sheep tag! As a non-res the odds are bad so another no tag here...0 for 16 prob.
Counting all the other states, I haven't draw a sheep tag in the last almost 100 draws.

If I could only find a good wolf hunt for a disabled hunter after I buy the non-res license each year and never use it.
