Don't know about the mega lite, but I have the summer lite and absolutely love it. With a base layer I can take it down to the mid 20's.

I have a mega lite with a three ounce overfill which drugs the bag 7 to 10 degrees, it seems to be very roomy for a mummy bag and I couldn't be happier with western mountaneering products.

I've had one for about two years now and it's perfect for me. It packs about the size of a football and is a perfect temp rating for AZ.
