I hate to be a stickler, but I also don’t think this thread is about being calm… or clam.

But your comment got me thinking… Does the .223 topped with an 87g TGK really have enough WALLOP for a 900 lb. creature possessed of invisibility cloaking and general blurryness? Or would you need a cartridge with intrinsic blurry characteristics of its own.

Spitting a 2-1/2” long 218g projectile with a BC of .999 (Hornady EEEELD-X) A cartridge with velocities so high that physicists have determined it violates Heisenberg's uncertainty principal. Every shot fired from this weapon reaches escape velocity and actually leaves earth’s orbit to head out into the solar system. Some of you doubters are asking “How does it reverse meteor into the cosmos without burning up in the atmosphere?” Blurryness… that’s how.

Also the damage caused in the body cavity is incredible. It leaves no blood trail because the velocity is so high that anything it touches is turned into blue hot plasma, and the 8” diameter exit wound is cauterized.

The only thing standing in the way of this cartridge is that no chamber or barrel exists capable of firing it without spectacularly disintegrating. Scientists at Winchester are working on the problem using Venezuelan unobtainium, but so far can’t find any tools capable of milling the receivers or barrels.

I've said it before, but you need to fight fire with fire. An imaginary beast is going to require an imaginary weapon and fortunately they weigh very little and have no recoil. When I'm in Sasquatch territory I always imagine I have a bazooka and luckily I haven't had to use it yet.

That can’t be real, all pictures of Sasquatch's are blurry
